Vitamins, minerals and other self help ideas.
Hi, I have been prescribed Vit D and calcium by the hospital (as RA is a risk factor for osteoporosis.) And suddenly my nails are strong and no longer flaking! I also take fish oil capsules (as recommended by research done by ARUK), and my eyes are less dry. And I have started to take Vit B complex

Needing a bit of pep talk and perspective.....
Good evening everyone, I am felling pretty down today so I thought I'd come on the forum to vent a little of my frustrations. I am not sure if someone would remember me. I posted last year about my asthma triggered for the 1st time ever in Cairo where I worked and the hard decision I had to make about

I'm tired of life It's so damned hard. It wears me down, It wipes me out. Trying to be upbeat and happy, while dealing with the demons of illness that invade my body is all consuming. Those people around me who expect me to smile and be STRONG, simply can't and won't deal with what

My turns to vent now!! Please someone tell me how to handle a child who fears for herself Yes the Asthma's bad, but sometimes the psychology is a harder thing to administer when you have little/no experience. You are What You is
I am what I am, at the moment I’m exhausted, after very little sleep, a trip to Nuneaton to have an assessment with my psychiatrist and a CPN, about getting support from a CPN, struggling home with shopping from Asda and sitting on the bus cracking my neck all the way home. Until I got home it had been
