How long before blood tests should I stop taking supplements?
I am currently self-supplementing with 1000iu vitamin D and 1000mcg vitamin B12 daily, alongside a daily vitamin B complex from Boots. If I have my bloods tested again to see if there's any difference to my levels, should I stop taking my supplements prior to testing again and, if so, how long before

Hi All
Hi everyone I have just read a comment some where on the Internet about Vitamin B 12.It said it was written by a doctor! He said it was harmful to have a very high reading as it could cause cancer of the liver. Has anyone else hard about this. I would appreciate any comments you have please.

IF YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.. BEFORE PD, I WAS A CHEESE BURGER.
from my blog https://diaryofamadparkie.wordpress.com/ It has been said “You are what you eat” and it may be true. New research in mice suggests. upon aging, a high-fat diet significantly accelerated the onset of neurological symptoms in mice that were genetically predisposed to develop Parkinson’s

celiac, b12, and more
this was an answer to someones question so you might find it somewhere else. figured it would be good to post for those who might find it interesting. I am not celiac, but I am gluten sensitive as is my son who has asperger syndrome. Inability to uptake b12 can be related to several factors. intestinal

The improvement in my well being was tremendous and the effect the running had on my T2D excellent. Not only had my blood sugars become level and better controlled, for the first
