Really would like some advice if possible
Bear with me, I will get to the point after some background - please bear in mind I really struggle at doctors and get tongue tied & nervous - perhaps not getting my point across clearly and have a major fear of being labelled a hypochondriac! About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis

Day 8 of stopping B12 and complex and feel dreadful
I stopped taking my B vitamins because I want to have an active B12 test. One month was the suggested time. But today I feel dreadful. I feel hung over and dizzy. I feel like I felt before taking the B vitamins. I have mindfully not changed anything. I am doing this because previous blood tests

Awful pain shooting down my groin, my gynaecologist said it was vitamin b deficiency but my blood test has come back normal.......
Any idea what this could be? Also I get random horrendous pain in my left side abdomen and back. Anything else I can try to help it I am already on 8 tramadol tablets a day. Are painful joints associated with endometriosis? Sorry for such a long post it's my first time on here and I don't know anyone

What vitamins and minerals (etc) are best to take - and what dosage?
I already take Magnesium, a multivitamin with probiotic and calcium with Vitamin D (for Osteoporosis) I also take Glucosamine for creaky knees! I'm thinking of trying a Vitamin B boost - apparently my maternal grandmother suffered crippling headaches (probably migraine) and used to swear by her "Yeasties

another newbie here - needing help
I was just told I have PBC - I have Skleroderma and some weird hep B with no viral load - but always shows postive for the igm looking like I just got over it but it doesn't ever change - meaning I never did get over it or do get over it - I've tested this way for years at all different labs. Now AMA

KNOWING EGGS “EGGS-ACTLY”.........................
When deciding whether to include eggs in your diet, consider the recommended daily limits on cholesterol in your food: If you are healthy, it's recommended that you limit your dietary cholesterol to less than 300 milligrams (mg) a day. If you have cardiovascular disease, diabetes or a high low-density

Magnesium - does it help fatigue?
Hi, a friend of mine told me that her fatigue was helped by magnesium injections. I've only tried magnesium supplements but gave up because the taste was vile (these were pure and in tablet form from health shop). I've now bought some Floradix from the health shop but there was another liquid compound

PROS AND CONS OF WHOLE GRAINS........ WHOLE GRAINS - A MYTH ?
The Food Pyramid says eat more whole grains; If you eat cereal, bread, pasta, or rice, keep reading to see what nutrients you may be missing. The whole grain has all the nutrients God put into grains: fiber, protein, healthy fats, and lots of vitamins and minerals. The straight starch in white flour

Irrational Thoughts
I have always been an over thinker where thoughts would play on my mind. Last August for no reason I woke up completely scared and feeling full of dread. This led to a couple of weeks feeling like this, I didn't tell anyone how I was feeling just carried on with this feeling inside. Gradually it got

From NHS Choices - Claims vitamin B prevents Alzheimer's are unproven
'Should you be taking vitamin B to protect against Alzheimer's?,' asks the Daily Mail. Its question is prompted by new research into whether a daily dose of vitamin B could reduce the loss of brain tissue in people with mild cognitive impairment. Mild cognitive impairment is thought to be a risk factor

Hmm... Another vitamins question from me. Cut down on my vitamin B complex tablet, been sneezing all day?
I cut down on my vitamin B complex tablet, cut in half. Now I didn't have the best of immune system, and would often get colds and allergies play up. Since taking the B vitamin, I haven't had a cold or allergies play up. I cut down, and I've been sneezing all day and low energy. Could this be related

Endo and the link to low progesterone, pre-menstrual spotting, taking B Complex Vitamin and all Endo symptoms have GONE!
Hi everyone, I just really want to tell this story as I have inadvertently found something that has relieved all my symptoms, it seems too good to be true but I am not kidding. Not saying it will work for everyone but if you are having similar problems to me, or even if your not, it's worth a shot
