What is your take on Soybean? š§š¤
Edamame has always been my favorite snack since I was little. I usually steam and sprinkle a little bit of sea salt. You may find edamame prepared the same way as appetizer when you go to a sushi restaurant. I found many health benefits from edamame but one thing Iām concerned is phytoestrogen or isoflavones

Do anyone have any advice or success stories of HEALING A THYROID NATURALLY?
I'm 42 and I was diagnosed with Sjogren's, Hashimoto's and Graves 4.5 years. My T4 was only slightly elevated and after a friend recommended I saw a homeopath (who gave me some awful brown solution) my TSH came back to life and back in to normal range after 7 months. Despite my thyroid bloods remaining

COGH Celebration - Cakes
I wasn't sure when to post this, should I wait until Monday? But I see that it is already getting busy at the Cape of Good Hope, so here goes... And so we reach the end of our journey and as no race is complete without cake I bring you two to celebrate. The first is from Siberia, a layered cake

Medichecks result: B12 way too high, TSH suppressed - T4 and T3 somewhere in range? Help please?
Hi all These are my latest Medichecks results, blood test taken first thing in the morning, fasting, no vitamins for a week, previous dose of Levothyroxine morning before. I'm really surprised because I'm not feeling well and these results indicate that I should be? Except for the high Vit B result?
