Chronic fatigue but bloods all normal
Is it possible to have PA when B12 and haemoglobin test are in normal range? My B12 level is just over 600. I've had chronic fatigue and IBS for nearly 20 years, and whilst the IBS has been pretty much cured by taking high doses of kefir for 6 months, the CF just doesn't get any better. I started taking

How long to wait for Active B12 test.
Hi Everyone, I have been posting here since March when I found out I have Iron deficiency anaemia and Vitamin D deficiency these results are improving with supplements now. I also think I have Vitamin B deficiency as I have a lot of the symptoms including neurological ones. I have recently done a Medicheck

Even though iv had some great advice from seaside susie, ill like a few other opinions on dosage and side affects of b12.. As advised iv purchased the jarrow Formulas Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12) 5000 mcg, 60 Lozenges and also the Jarrows B-Right Optimized B-Complex (100 Vegan Capsules) to level out

Anyone on here need methylated vitamin b?
I'm starting MTX and I forgot to tell my Dr I can't process normal B vitamins. He gave me folic acid to take along with it. I'm just wondering if I need the methylated version? Does this make since or am I crazy? Pleas advise if you are the same.

Magnesium
I know the use of magnesium supplements have been discussed before but hope this helps some of my fellow sufferers. Briefly, I have had RLS for many years but never sought medical help for the condition as I take various other medication (forAF).however it was getting progressively worse, keeping me

I am currently on holiday and considering buying levothyroxine and t3 if i csn get it over the counter. Hubby is really against me doing this but im at my wits end. Vitamin B complex ?
I would like to add vitamin B to my regimen. I read that one have to take them in association (no larges doses of Vitamin B1 without B6 for example). Am I wrong ? Does anyone have a clue about the ideal Vitamin B complex (including intramuscular shots if necessary) ? Any advisable brand ?

Urinary MMA testing methods and values
Hi all, I paid to have a Urinary MMA testing done but now I'm wondering if it was done correctly/using the right figures. Some testing methods describe fasting sample of urine - single sample, others a 24 hour sample. I was asked to collect a 24 hr sample (not advised to fast), then pour a very small

My hands and feet and tingling and pins and needles. I feel like I'm in a fog. Clumsy. I hit edge of wall when going around corners and at time get the drunk step and lose my footing. Emotionally I'm a rollarcoaster. I beyond tired! I got my blood drawn Friday and got the results today (Monday) my b12

Should I see my gp or an endo or who?
Hi, I've been reading a little while and am dead impressed with the knowledge here. I'm not really sure of my next steps and I was wondering what you all recommended. I've been working with a nutritionist to try and lose weight /have more energy and after getting nowhere with dieting, she sent me for

Very worried
I used to drink a lot around 15 years ago and ended up with a lesion in my brain stem but then I took a long break and started doing it sensibly at 25. 3 years ago I stopped drinking to take care of my mum and was doing fine until last year when I started getting shooting pains up and down the left side

Hi all, i know you are not all doctors, but to be honest here in the UK the doctors don't have a clue what im talking about, so hoping someone on here does and i has an opinion. all my symptoms started when i was given Septrin which wiped out all my folic acid and caused a long un-diagnosed deficiency
