I had alot of leg and hip pain blood test showed very low in folic acid doctor put me on folic acid for 4 months pain has gone. Get you vitamin b checked it itself can cause you alot of pain and its the folic acid defiency that causes so much pain

Yes I agree Sonyia check them first before buying any. Doc will give you the correct dose and not placebos or additives that High St shops make a fortune from us.
