Blood clotting and loss - low prothrombin time
Hi guys, Does anyone know much about Prothrombin Time? Mine just came back at 12.5 seconds - my hospital says the range is 12.8-17seconds so I think my blood clots a bit quicker than normal? Does anyone know what the treatment is for that? Sorry I’m not speaking to my doctor until 9th Jan and obvs

Traveling w/ Anxiety
Hi, Has anyone with anxiety disorder flown on a plane after the diagnosis? If so, how was it. Did your medication help? I haven’t flown since 2011, so I am a bit fearful.

I have struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember. (Had my first panic attack in the 5th grade.) BetterHelp and Facebook
When I first sought help for my Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I bought into the marketing hype of BetterHelp (they advertise everywhere since 2020). I mentioned to my therapist on there how much I dislike Facebook because they collect far to much data on its users, so that they can generate more targeted

Anxiety help
Hello I found this forum today not knowing what to expect. So here goes what my story is. About 10 or 11 years ago I got diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I was focused on a fear of a heart attack and always panicking myself into going to the hospital. I was like 4 times in a week before a mean nurse

Any teachers going through IVF?
Hi everyone, I've just started on the first day of my stimulation injections; taking gonal-F (which hurt a lot more than my buserelin!). Are there any fellow teachers who did a cycle whilst at work? I've had a few appointments already that I've had to take time out for but feeling a bit worried about

What is your experience with cannabis?
I was never much of a smoker in college and took a 36 year break from weed. As a recreational drug, it never really floated my boat. More recently, however, I have found it to be
very
effective in small quantities for anxiety, so much so that some days I will take 4 or 5 hits instead of taking

Zoladex and increased appetite
I'm 2 months into zoladex treatment and the main thing I've noticed is increased appetite! I'm now always so hungry and I'm eating way more than I did before. A dinner that would previously fill me up doesn't, and I even wake up in the middle of the night hungry which didn't happen before. I'm also

Set Back
After getting back on Zoloft, my anxiety was improving. I went a full week without needing Ativan. I thought things were about to get back to normal. This week, I was hit again with panic attacks and anxiety. Now I'm spiraling in fear that the Zoloft isn't working anymore and I won't have a way to handle

Unable to SI
Sorry, slightly off topic. I do my daughters B12 injections for her, she has a needle phobia. She has just come out of hospital since an operation and is required to have 42 days of blood thinning injections, which I do each day at 7pm. There are some days where I really cannot be available.. she

Long protocol side effects
Hi all, about to start on 4th ICSI round, new clinic. I did get quite a lot of side effects on short protocol with menopur, manageable but difficult due to underlying health issues and demanding job. I am going to be down regged with buserelin, then stimmed with Meriofert and gonal f. What side effects
