Plantar Fasciitis
Any tips for getting rid of Plantar Fasciitis (a painful heel)? I have had it since September 21, probably caused by digging in inappropriate footwear, and although it's slowly getting better, it ain't gone yet. My previous bout 30 years ago took six months before I hardly noticed it. I have tried rest

Good afternoon, I was diagnosed with Intermittent AF in January last year. I had my first episode in January 2021 and was Cardioverted. This only lasted 3 weeks and then I had an episode lasting approx 4 weeks which reverted spontaneously. I have had none since. I am currently suffering from right knee

What's people's experiences on Armour Dessicated thyroid tabs?
I recently changed to Armour Thyroid, although it's called Thyroid-S in Bali. 10 days in I'm suffering huge panic attacks and dissociation- had these before, but was hoping Armour would help calm these down a bit...panic attacks are lasting all day, shortness of breath, complete zoning out where my brain

Non drowsy pain medication?
Hi all, I have endo between uterus and bowel, my left ovary is stuck to my pelvis and bowel and I have adeno as well. I've only tried ibuprofen, paracetemol, naproxen, codeine and co-codamol (over the counter strength) for pain relief and co-codamol works best to take the edge off. Unfortunately it

Shingles
Hi everyone, I had terrible pain in my left hip and down the thigh to just above knee last week and was worried in case it was to do with my hip replacement. However on Sunday I noticed a crop of lumpy red spots on my hip which were itchy. Called the surgery Monday morning and got a call back from GP

Vagus Nerve Stimulation for PD
We have posted about the Vagus Nerve and PD before. Here is one article on it: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1935861X20301960 So I was going through my Facebook groups to see what I can cut, and noticed my Vagus Nerve group. It made me put up or shut up and ask the simple question

Are the tens machine worth it? Ovira?
Hi! I was diagnosed with endometriosis two weeks ago. Mirena coil was fitted during the surgery and my cramps came back (no as bad as it use to be 🤞🏻) before the mirena I was under two mini pills x days to cut completely my period and handle my pain. I am really thinking about investing in a tens machine

Any help?
Good morning Can anyone help? I am really struggling after a car accident in 2019 . I have had radiofrequency ablation and spinal injections but the surgeon said he cannot rule out Fibromyalgia-I'd never heard of this previously, yet I now sympathise with everyone on here. I haven't (as yet) been diagnosed

Food Tolerance Tests?
Does anyone out there have any opinion on food tolerance tests for helping the inflammation of Lupus? Are they worth the money? Have they helped? I have just read an article on how they helped someone with Lyme's Disease. Is it just a silly question? Any advice or discussion would be great/helpful.

Why Do I Keep Getting Pleurisy ?
Why do I keep getting pleurisy ? I don't smoke , never had , no history of asthma - I was hospitalised in June and given an x-ray confirming it was in the bottom of my left lung and I was given six steroid pills and two sessions on a nebuliser . Then my GP said I had asthma . I'm a woodwind player !
