Lost my 21yr old daughter to bacterial meningitis 30th December fell ill boxing day

Hi Mickey - I am so sorry for your loss. My son came down with it in 2020 at age 23. We did not lose him but he is now coming to terms with multiple amputations. It’s a heart breaking disease. My thoughts are with you. - Julianne

Hello my lovely Im so sorry for you loss, I know only to well how heartbreaking it is to lose a child, I lost my 13 year old daughter on 1st January 2019, and even through its been three years since lossing her the unbearable heart ache and emptiness still feels the same, people say it get easier as time goes by, this I'd so not true it doesn't get easier you just learn to live with the pain. Please get in touch with one of the supporter from Meningitis now they really can help in many different ways, without they're support I don't think I would still be here today xx my thoughts are with you and your family send you all my love and if ever you need someone to talk to I'm only a message away ❤
