Continuing pain following angiogram
After a recent angiogram I developed pain along the entire length of the arm (there is no apparent swelling) in which the catheter was inserted and ten days later, despite taking
paracetamol
and carefully applying an ice pad, the pain remains. Have any of you suffered similarly?

In pain all the time and no diagnosis feel stuck in limbo
I take
paracetamol
and anything stronger without caffeine as an ingredient (as it makes me feel ill) as well as numerous hot water bottles and baths.

A newbie just hoping for some pain relief advice.
I have tried ibuprofen,
paracetamol
, nurofen, codeine and buscopan. I was in hospital last month for it as the pain is so severe and the only thing that stopped it is oramorph (something I really don’t want or like to take!).

Pleurisy?
They gave me co-amoxyclav and
paracetamol
. I should mention I’m a 30 year old female with asthma that flares up every now and then but is never severe.

The most tablets I can tolerate is a
paracetamol
for a headache or amoxcillin for a cold. 🤦🏽♀️ He also has asked for all my notes from the other hospital when I was discharged Dec.2019 into his care(still waiting). Surely I am verging on medical negligence.

Thanks for the prompt replies
The back and hip ache a bit when I get back home but a couple of
paracetamol
sorts that out. My message being, if you're used to getting out and about don't let this current situation tie you to the house. Obviously stay the recommended two metres apart from others.

Pain killers choice over side effects long term
the pred , I took 60mg of Arcoxia last night that aloud me a good night sleep, the question is what pain killers are the least damaging to our bodies till I can get the required steroid injections which where canceled due to co-vid , Arcoxia i believe is banned in the states due to heartattack risk,

Do I carry on with asthma plan?
Taking fluids, regularly
paracetamol
and nebs. Then it resolves. Do I just carry on or tell them and ask to be swabbed?
