Waiting for laparoscopy and changing to a combined pill. I'm in absolute agony continuously. I'm on gabapentin and mefenamic acid and paracetamol. I've been using a tens machine and hot water bottle. If any one has any suggestions to relieve pain I am really open at this point I'm just so fed up

Have you tried BEYOU period cramp patches......you can get them from Amazon or Google for local supplier. There not a miracle cure but do give some comfort......soothes and relaxes your muscles.

There's nothing worse than being in constant pain I'm taking tramadol now and it helps with the nerve pain but not much relief from pulling and stabbing pains also on mini pill to see if that helps while waiting for next op.

take care

Ive read about BEYOU patches and the reviews seem very positive, I’m definitely going to be investing in some of these.

I totally understand how you are feeling been in pain constantly..... I’m currently taking 60mg Codeine and Paracetamol and 5ml of Morphine if they don’t help. I have constantly got my hot water bottle on my belly and back.

I’m currently awaiting my second op, I’m hoping these patches give a little relief because I’m also running out of ideas.

Xx💛

Hi

It's not pleasant and I haven't found anything that really works, Amitriptyline and oramorph helps a bit. I upped the ami to four from three last night, Once I moved it hasn't done much. I have also been back to GP as gynae didn't think all related to endo, etc. I had a CT colonoscopy back in June which was negative, no one did anything else, and now on another referral to check out anything else. Waiting for this to come through.

I'd recommend going back to GP so they can rule out other things. It's very hard to do if you've had negative appointments in the past, but they do have some sort of duty of care. When I spoke to him Monday I wasn't sure if it was to kick me out or help :-)!
