QoL: "The berries remain, though the leaves are gone."
My dad had requested a couple of paintings to hang on his wall as a reminder for when I am no longer here, this being part of his adjustment that I am now receiving care for
pain
management
only. He selected this as one of the two he would like.

Nerve damage
After 2 hand surgeons, 2 PT's and a neurologist, all of whom said there was nothing they could do, my onc referred me to
pain
management
. They will be doing a nerve block. Hopefully it will work. Maybe
pain
management
might be helpful for you.

Methadone and Anxiety
On another note, I am experiencing anxiety in situations, that I have never had before, recently on a long airplane flight, and with a simple
pain
management
visit to the doctor for lidocaine injections to the spine.
Pain

doctor feels it is the methadone spiking these feelings.

Hormonal treatment for Endometriosis
The specialist recommended that I try taking hormones in the meantime to see if that helps with
pain
management
. He said that by taking hormones I could control my period and choose how often I wanted to come on and when I wanted to come on.

Workplace Accommodations
I mainly struggle with
pain
management
and energy levels - I get exhausted towards the end of the day. What have your workplaces done for you or put in place to help you out and make working with endo a bit easier?

Cervical median branch block - experience stories?
Hi all, dad's new
Pain
Management
doc offered a diagnostic treatment (Cervical Median Branch Block) for my dad's numbness + pain in the neck. If anyone has had the procedure before, has it helped your neck pain? If so, how long? Any complications? What to look out for?

Does this make sense to anyone?
Yesterday I contacted my GP about further
pain
management
and he gave me an appointment with a physio! Is this really going to be useful to me in any way? I already do decompression exercises every day which work well.If anyone can make sense of this I would be grateful to hear.

Pain management
Any tips on how to manage pain without resorting to painkillers please. I have painkillers but rarely use them and want to keep it that way. I have a very sore left arm which is far less painful when I mould it to my body and keep it inactive. Thank goodness I am right handed. Doc is looking into it.
