Dramatic change to palliative from treatable after 6 and a half years
I felt awful, weak, nautious and had 4 days in hospital for
pain
management
. I hadn't had this before the trial but they said I have a fractured 4th lumbar vertibrae which gives me extreme pain now! I had radiotherapy on this last Tuesday so hopefully this will help.

So a good
pain
management
during the day and gentle stretches mindfulness helps me a lot. I’ve had Fibro for about 10 years and it is hard to come to terms with but loving yourself and doing what you can and not overdoing it when some days you feel ok.

Does this make sense to anyone?
Yesterday I contacted my GP about further
pain
management
and he gave me an appointment with a physio! Is this really going to be useful to me in any way? I already do decompression exercises every day which work well.If anyone can make sense of this I would be grateful to hear.

Referred to
pain

team and started some treatment. Unfortunately this hasn't helped so I am waiting for occupational therapist to see me. Have to wait another 8 weeks. I am starting a trial of patches, waiting for the appointment.

Methadone and Anxiety
On another note, I am experiencing anxiety in situations, that I have never had before, recently on a long airplane flight, and with a simple
pain
management
visit to the doctor for lidocaine injections to the spine.
Pain
management
doctor feels it is the methadone spiking these feelings.

GP no help. /sigh.
I've done the years of physio tooing and froing and
pain
management
. Told him about the intense random flare ups that have begun, potential meds to try. "brick wall" I would like to know where I can offer myself as a Guinea pig to be poked and prodded etc.

New and Needing Advice
In June I finally had an appointment with
pain
management
, which was through Connect Health. During that first appointment, they brought up the fibromyalgia diagnosis which was given two years prior, and said that was probably causing most of my pain.

Cervical median branch block - experience stories?
Hi all, dad's new
Pain

doc offered a diagnostic treatment (Cervical Median Branch Block) for my dad's numbness + pain in the neck. If anyone has had the procedure before, has it helped your neck pain? If so, how long? Any complications? What to look out for?

vimpat / lacosamide stopped fully working
the Vimpat stopped working to completely resolve my RLS. Recent MRIs showed multiple Tarlov cysts on my spine, which is possibly causing the left leg pain and movement. It is positional and separate from the RLS in both legs in my arms and body. I see a new neurosurgeon next week. I’ve had multiple

Dulcolax
I took one dulcolax last night at about 10pm. I had 3 bowel movements in the space of an hour, 11am-12pm today. No pain or discomfort. I felt amazing after but it’s now 3:30pm and i feel like i’m constipated again and that there is still more to be released. Shall I take another one tonight to clear
