The constant pain is making me so low
I have a referral to the
pain
management
clinic (assessment in 6 weeks), but the constant
pain
and exhaustion is making me so depressed. I can’t work, I can barely socialise, I can’t even think about having sex. I’m miserable and am getting very close to the brink of just giving up.

Covid jab & flare.
I've been given a 3 month course of 150 micrograms of Vitamin B12 daily and agreed to hold back on any
pain
management
as low Vitamin B12 can cause joint
pain
& we (GP & me) were hoping that once the B12 levels increased the pain would subside.

Rant!
By this point I’m over this condition & everything it throws at me! Just over 3 months post Op, an ultrasound a few weeks ago showed a cyst. I’ve currently been bleeding for 17 days with it getting heavier & more painful every day. I work full time and it’s taking all my energy from me. I can’t

Should I change clinic?
Hi everyone, I hope you are all keeping well and managing your pain ok. I'm on here again because I'm not, unfortunately. I'm with an endometriosis clinic in the NHS and have been for the past 2 and a bit years. At the beginning, I was rushed to surgery and they confirmed and removed endometriosis. Since

According to my discharge letter the ablation was performed successfully and was done by a Dr Afzal Sohaib. Following the ablation I believe there was an issue

I danced the cooldown!
Done. W9R3 completed and I am elated. Was told by the physio that I'd never run for fitness since diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis grade 4. Told by the surgeon there was nothing I could do but keep slim and book in for a partial knee replacement. So I stopped moving, got depressed and put on a stone

Does MS amplify pain?
So I foolishly stepped on a wasp Friday morning. I had to pull the wasp off the bottom of my foot, the soft insole part. (Yep, should have worn shoes!) My question is could MS make my reaction worse? I had no itching and only a little swelling, but the pain was incredible! My foot felt like it was on

What can I do when painkillers don't work?
Hi, I've had chronic pain since childhood (now in my 20s) and I've been on the same 60mg dose of codeine for about 6 years now, as you can imagine it's not worked for a long time /: I've been referred to and seen by the pain clinic, I've had the movement therapy and mindfulness help, and none have helped

Just a little bit more
Wanted to push myself to see how far I could go compared to where I used to be. Decided to wash and polish the car on Thursday and then yesterday, sort out my old shed and put a new roof on it. Today hurts like @#$%%. Meds work but doesn't stop the after pain. Not even a good soak and some rather strong

Folic Acid And Other Bloods
Yesterday I was emailed the results of my multiple blood tests (the massive Clopidogrel bruise is now fading) and my single urine test. Basically all fine but my HbA1c could be a few points lower, and my total cholesterol and my LDL whilst well within range are up slightly. Whilst I am now off iron tablets
