Making a Comeback
Hello fellow runners :) It’s been a while since I’ve posted on the forum, or actively checked in to see where people are at. Back in April I pinched some nerves in my neck and was on painkillers for weeks on end. I had been so disappointed as I’d worked my way up to running 8k and was devastated to

pain killers
Hi , I’m on Edoxaban 60 mg daily for stroke risk after 2 ablations . I’ve just pulled my back lifting a heavy box and although I’m not incapacitated I’m getting a lot of pain bending so trying to rest but with three young dogs to exercise I need to be active . I’m visiting my GP next week to discuss

I must admit that, despite all of the optimism and wishful thinking about Parkinson's research, I have periods of utter dread in which I fear that when I reach the most unbearably painful stages of the disease, I won't have a way out. I'd very much like to have the equivalent of a "magic pill"

My liver enzymes

cool packs
I thought I’d share the fact that I have found great relief from the pain in my head from GCA using gel cool packs. This has helped me from having to use as many pain killers. Give it a try, it’s been a blessed relief and feels wonderful. Thanks
