cool packs
I thought I’d share the fact that I have found great relief from the pain in my head from GCA using gel cool packs. This has helped me from having to use as many pain killers. Give it a try, it’s been a blessed relief and feels wonderful. Thanks

Don't know what to do?
Hi all, I'm 41 and never had painful periods up until 2 periods ago. The awful pain is everyday not just on my period so I feel like I've got period cramps all day every day. Some day I'm ok and pain free maybe 2 a week. I had a vaginal ultrasound and only showed a small fibroid it had reduced from

Can anyone explain about soy please
Can someone please explain if it is fermented or unfermented soy that is ok to eat if you have an underactive thyroid. I have to make adjustments to what I eat and have been looking at tofu and tempeh but am not sure if they are ok to eat. Apologies I am a bit forgetful at the moment after long surgery

So much pelvic pain, any advice?
Hi All, I've been having pelvic pain on and off for many years, but lived fine with it before. However, in the last 5 months, it's gotten worst and in the last few weeks, it's gotten even worst again. I've already done: * All types of gynae assessments from a scan, to PAP and other tests, to

Well as title stated "what a year so far"Had my right cataract done in January, (meds stopped in December) day after my Birthday, so far so good. Went for left to be done on 31st March, cancelled as kit wasn't all there, great so had an idea it wouldn't be done before our Benidorm holiday, I coped. I

I’m currently trying the birth control patch to see if it lessens my tummy pain. This is the second week of the second month and the 3rd week starts on Tuesday. The first month I started the patch in the middle of my natural cycle cause I was getting daily pain in my tummy and my doctor thought it would
