cool packs

I thought I’d share the fact that I have found great relief from the pain in my head from GCA using gel cool packs. This has helped me from having to use as many pain killers.

Give it a try, it’s been a blessed relief and feels wonderful.

Always nice not to have to pop a pill. What sort of pain, where? How long does the gel pack work for?
