Help im in Pain

I had sex recently and the person kept slapping my butt reallll hard so hard that i screamed and accidentally tumbled away and fell off the bed. Now i went to the doc due to have strange severe lower back pain after this. He gave some strong painkillers and had an xray done. Turns out i sprained a muscle near the lower back. Its now 3 months later and the pain in my lower back at times is horrific. Do i stick with this doc or get a second opinion guys?
