Results on NDT
Hi everyone. I have been on NDT now for a littleover a year. I have been OK at 2.5 grains, but recently started feeling very tired. It could be stress (a lot on my shoulders) but I thought I'd better rule out undermedication. I have no hyper symptoms at all. I also supplement vit d, omega 3, b12, iron

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Nuts
Nuts vary in the amount & composition of their fats & micronutrients, to the point where it makes no sense to make broad claims for "nuts" as a category in itself. The fatty acid breakdowns shown below come from the USDA database. I have skipped mention of any fat type that is less than 5% by weight

NDT & Vitamins
I'm taking a few vitamin supplements & have just started on NDT. I was wondering if anyone could check if I'm taking these correctly. I know some vits are best taken at certain times of the day & are best combined with others - but I'm not sure what these are. Any help would be gratefully received

Why do diabetic people need to eat more fat?
Diabetes is a condition that affects the pancreas to the extent that they do not release the required quantity of insulin (later on when bcf gets deteriorated in Type 2), which can lead to a high blood sugar level as the body starts to absorb excess glucose from the food that it ingests. This can be

Such bad pain in legs - could it be NDT or supplements?
Hi, I am about to get latest blood tests done but whilst waiting for the results I was just wondering whether anyone else has experienced terrible leg, feet and back pain? I have quite a high pain barrier but this is really stopping me from doing things! It is similar to the 'stretchy muscle' pain that

Hypothyroidism, NDT and pains in legs and feet.
Hi everyone, I have now been on NDT since September 6th, initially on 1 grain, (prior to this I was only on 50gms of Levo). I did not see any changes in all my symptoms whilst on Levo and similarly now that I am on NDT I have seen no improvements whatsoever yet. I have been increasing the dose by half
