The essential amino acids and where we get them. 🌶
Hi everyone, I think that that the more we understand about food and nutrition the better. All the food that we eat is broken down into base amino acids, some our bodies make from the food we eat the remaining 9 are the essential amino acids that have to come from our food. So it's quite simple amino

Lap came back normal, what now?
Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. I've had problems with my period for years and years now (I'm 26) and have tried various treatments. The pill/mini pill gave me terrible side effects, the mirena coil didn't work, various painkillers including Diclofenac, Mefenamic acid, Naproxen

I was give my first Prostap 3 injection on Tuesday. Since then I have gained weight and feel slightly bloated. I wondered whether anyone else has experienced this and does it settled down?

Is it really wise my GP has prescribed again Alendronic acid to my 84 year old mum who has a big hiatus hernia & had major bowel surgery last year? She weighs 6 stone and can only eat small diet due to severe nausea & sickness. She was first prescribed this 12 yrs ago 7 couldn't tolerate then.

Medication or not?
Hi all I have just received the results of my DEXA scan taken after a fracture of my wrist 4 months ago and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis . I fell on ice and cracked it, I think anyone would have had a fracture under such circumstances, I went such a crash! My scores are -2.9 for spine and -2.5

Anyone know id NAC Sustain is Ok to take if you have APS
I was diagnosed with APS Syndrome over a year ago. I am Asymptomatic and never had a blood clot so the doctor does not want to put me on a blood thinner. Before I was diagnosed I was already taking multiple supplement's such as aged garlic, cayenne pepper, vitamin D, omega 3, turmeric, collagen, chlorophyll
