Life is a living hell, crippling fatigue and brain fog
23, Male, Caucasian, 5'10, 165 lbs Hello all, I'm sure many of you can relate to my story so here goes. My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). It affected my sleep a little bit from what I remember

Omega 3 in fish
I bought a copy of Gordon Ramsey's Healthy Appetite from the charity shop the other day and in it he writes about oily fish saying " The fish must, however be fresh - tinned tuna, sardines etc., won't give you the same benefits because most of those omega-3's are lost in the canning process". Does anyone

Taking Control of my PCOS
It’s been a while since I’ve given an update or posted anything. But lots have happened over the last few weeks/months so hard to know where to begin. I’ll go with my sleep study. I did my sleep study…..well I tried to. How anyone sleeps with that contraption hooked up to them is beyond me. Between the

Hi everyone, I’m recently diagnosed with endometriosis and still awaiting my follow up appointment which is in late June. The pain has been getting progressively worse over the past year and my most recent period (currently on day 8 of this) has left me bedbound for the last 3 days screaming and writhing

Vitamins and Minerals
I am 4 weeks into my Pred, currently at 15mg and about to drop to 12.5 tomorrow. I refused to take Alendronic Acid mainly because of the terrible potential side effects, and have decided to up my Vitamin and Mineral levels. At the moment I take Calcium, Vitamin D3, Magnesium and K2 plus a general multivitamin

Energenesis
Here is a new supplement which has most of everything that isn’t a vitamin or mineral in it. Expensive but maybe convenient if you want to try all these things at once? https://www.theenergyblueprint.com/energenesis “Energenesis is like a 5-star MEAL for your Mitochondria (LOADED with rare nutrients

Walsh protocol
Have you ever read about Walsh protocol? It’s interesting and if you are against any medication, maybe this is something you can try. This is about our chemicals in the body, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nutrients, etc. My son is suffering for so many years of depression, anxiety, OCD, and many more

Tranexamic Acid?
I have been given this by the doctors today, I take it and half an hour later I seem to be really sleepy and out of it. Anyone else experience this whilst on the meds?

Tapering following new PMR diagnosis
Hi, so glad I found this wonderful forum, I've learned so much in the past 2 weeks. My question concerns tapering and levels of pain that can be "ignored". I am 70 years old and until the middle of March was a fit walker, gardener and could still reach to cut my own toenails. I was lucky enough to

This is working for us! Want to help someone else if this story looks similar to your child or teen
I am posting this because there has to be someone else out there this may help. I have hope right now for my teen and I want to share this. I can't tell you how happy I am right now. We still have a long road I'm sure, and we have had a tremendous number of ups and downs over the years. We tried everything
