I think that that the more we understand about food and nutrition the better.
All the food that we eat is broken down into base amino acids, some our bodies make from the food we eat the remaining 9 are the essential amino acids that have to come from our food. So it's quite simple amino acids are our basic building blocks and the highest sources come from dairy milk eggs and soy protein.
