Omega 3

I am having quite a struggle with morning pain. Have been experimenting with split dose times of pred. I take omega 3 with evening primrose and flaxseed oils. Wondering if this was having an effect with the pred. I do not want to raise the pred so am looking for alternatives. As I am reducing I had read where the fish oils can help.Any suggestions anyone?

I’ve no idea but if it were me I’d take these things well away from Pred, like hours, just in case they interfere with absorption. They may help but I think if they were a real magic bullet we’d hear about it.

I try to have oily fish at least 3 times a week. I’m sure I feel worse if I miss it for a few days. Not one for pills, me! Would much rather get the goodies via food, and avoid the pill interactions as Snazzy mentions.
