Feeling flat
I assumed it was the menopause so took HRT but as my poor thyroid couldn’t cope with the
oestrogen
I gradually felt worse and worse on that. Pre starting armour thyroid I was having a hypo swing and felt great, if a little wired. Now I feel so flat, unmotivated and sluggish.

I'm in surgical menopause and taking Testosterone,
Oestrogen
and Progesterone and all my levels are good for those so I'm wondering if it could be thyroid related? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TSH - 2.550 FT4 - 14.20 FT3 - 4.06 Anti TPO - 9.95 Anti TG - 14.8 Thank you 😊

Zolodex and HRT
I was also given HRT patches containing
oestrogen
which I’ve put on. But I’m confused as the zolodex surely stoped
oestrogen
production so why have I been put on patches that give it back? Surely it will counteract what the injections do?

’Modified’ natural FET - anyone ovulated before trigger?
So I take low levels of gonal f to stimulate ovaries to produce 1 or 2 follicles which naturally creates
oestrogen
and thickens my lining. I normally take a trigger when it’s ready. However I went for my scan today and they said I’d already ovulated!

Does HRT help with fibromyalgia?
Medical evidence suggests replenishing
oestrogen
and progesterone hormones in fibromyalgia patients may help relieve symptoms. Thanking & thinking of you in advance. Peace ✌️

Advice please On thyroxine & HRT with abnormal very low oestrogen levels.
GP has since checked my
Oestrogen

oestrogen

INSULIN TOLERANCE TEST - Low cortisol & chronic insomnia
I have low cortisol, also
oestrogen
and testosterone (despite HRT) and DHEA. I’ve had a Short Synacthen Test, which I passed as most thyroid people do. So I now know the problem doesn’t lie with the adrenals. I presume it’s with the pituitary. I have read about the insulin tolerance test.

dominant follicle - on baseline - experiences?
They have tested for
oestrogen
and if it’s less than 200 it is not in danger of ruining the cycle which they said might need to be canceled in the worst case. I have waited three month for this cycle.

NHS Endocrinologist Referral. Help please I am scared!
I would be particularly grateful for advice with an Endo that is educated to deal with older and very
oestrogen
deprived patients as well since I am in that bracket.

Treatment for perimenopausal symptoms and PBC
A blood test showed my
oestrogen
level had significantly dropped. After a couple of months I seemed to re-stabilise and didn’t need HRT. I had been taking a supplement, recommended by both the GP I saw at the time and my naturopath, that increases
oestrogen
receptors that initially seemed helpful.

Oestrogen dominance & poor T3 conversion
I’m interested to get any information on
oestrogen
dominance and it’s impacts on thyroid especially with the conversion of T4 into T3 thyroid hormone, which leads to low T3 levels.

Mebendazole (Ovez) and oestrogen interaction
However I'm not sure if it's been taken into account that there may be a interaction between Mebendazole (Ovez) and
oestrogen
which may mean the
oestrogen
doesn't work so well. My clinic says I should check with my GP.

2nd Failed FET- What tests can I do?
And 2
oestrogen
patches every two days. Can anyone recommend any tests we should undertake to see what is going wrong? Is it just bad luck?

IUI instead of IVF when poor response to stimulation
I started my 6th cycle last week but this time only two follicles have grown (this is first cycle at new clinic where I had ‘priming’ with
oestrogen
and growth hormone before stimulation and I’m on much lower dose stimulation) I was told at my scan today we should consider IUI instead of IVF given there
