We had our second failed FET confirmed today. The embryo was graded AB and we are going through IVF in order to have PGT as my first child was born with a genetic condition that it turns out I also have a weaker version of. So I know I can conceive naturally (took a year to make her). I threw everything at this round- uterus scratch, embryo glue, all the supplements, all medication to an alarm time. We used 6 vaginal suppositories (can't remember name) 2 cyclogest, 2 lubion. And 2 oestrogen patches every two days.
Can anyone recommend any tests we should undertake to see what is going wrong? Is it just bad luck?
Pretty devastated, I had so much cramping with the medication this time compared to bone last time, which I guess is down to the high levels of hormones rather than implantation.

You have certainly pulled out all the stops ! Maybe ask if you should take some low dose aspirin/or heparin this is thought to increase blood flow to the womb and hopefully encourage implantation Ask clinic if they can suggest any tests ? Such as ERA this test is for the timing of transfer to help implantation For info about tests see hfea.gov.uk Treatment add-ons
Sorry to hear it has been unsuccessful. My first fet was unsuccessful so for the second they added lubion (progesterone was low on day of transfer), prednisolone and tinzaparin. On top of this also I’m taking estradiol tablets and a patch, cyclogest and aspirin. My OTD isn’t until Saturday but I’ve had a bfp so it must’ve been something they added on as it completely failed to implant the first time and it was an AA embryo then.
