Differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen?
Hello everyone, does anyone know if there are differences between oral, vaginal, patches and injectable estrogen for boosting the lining? I have had spotting while on progynova and patches, and while my doctor assures me that is normal, it still unnerves me so I would like to try another form of estrogen

Feelings post egg retrieval
I had my first egg retrieval on Monday. All went well and we got 20 eggs, 12 of which have fertilised, so I'm really pleased with that. I was initially quite bloated and crampy for a couple of days, but that's subsided, however I'm having some other symptoms that I can't quite pin down a cause for. Since

Thave never had a cancelled fet cycle, last week ! went for lining check they said it's not there yet. They told me to come back a week later, I was on 3 estrogen patches alternating day protocol, after the lining check they added two estrogen pills vaginally. Managing OHSS risk
I'm on my first IVF cycle and due for egg collection on Monday. We always knew I was high risk for OHSS as I have PCOS, and had an AMH of 205 initially, (which has reduced to 45 on Metformin), so were always planning to freeze the eggs from this cycle. My estrogen at day 5 of stims was around 3500 and

FET query
Hello all,Can anyone explain to me the process of a FET in this scenario? Or any time lines/experiences of it. Any tips for Natural Modified FET (boost lining)?
Hi everyone, I have a persistent thinnish lining (around 6 to 7mm) after an episode of abnormal bleeding between periods (turned out to be silent endo and a polyp that did not show up on ultrasound). Before that, 11mm was my average. After failing a recent FET, my doctor decided to monitor my lining

Constantly bleeding / zoladex
I'm coming to to my 3rd shot of zoladex next week but for the last 5 weeks I've had 3 periods and all have been a week long. I had 5 days respite between 2 and my current period. I'm currently on day 7 and is not letting up, so don't know how much longer this 3rd will go on for. They aren't light,

your thoughts welcome
Here's my update since last posts and would love your thoughts.... Had TV ultrasound again nearly a month ago now with another gynae. She said that my cyst on left ovary is a complex cyst and she does not think it cancer at moment. She said it is 4/5 risk of becoming cancer in time. Advice remove left

Lining confusion
Hi all - I’m really upset and confused about how my first FET is going and hoping for some advice. My day 8 scan showed a lining on 6mm, on day 12 this was up to 6.7mm. My estrogen levels were taken same day and returned at 900. I was started on patches alongside the 8mg Progynova. I had another scan

Location of Estrogen Patches matters.
These plots compare applying estrogen patches to a forearm or to the scrotum. Overall, the average serum estradiol concentration is
3-4 times
higher for scrotal application, compared to forearm application. This is particularly relevant to estrogen users who use gel, cream, or spray products

2nd ivf
i had a miscarriage at 5 weeks after a frozen embryo transfer. They have given me two options: one is modified natural cycle and other is same previous method where I was given estrogen tablets patches and pessaries and had embryo transfer. I’m not sure which option is better. I had a positive pregnancy

Really disheartened
Scan 2 days ago suggested atleast 13 follicles and if not more due to injections carrying on for a few more days. My previous cycle I saw on my 4 eggs, 1 failed transfer and none frozen. The plan this time was to increase my stims and take estrogen to help all folicles grow the same time and produce

pelvic pain and no hrt withdrawal bleed
Hello all, I would be grateful for some advice or reassurance please. I have been on Sequential HRT for 5 years, as started having perimenopause symptoms around then. I have always had a withdrawal bleed once a month. I have found that taking hrt does make me a bit bloated and my tummy a bit uncomfortable

Anyone have success after several donor egg FET transfers?
Hi everyone I'm 45 years old and have done 5 FET transfers with only one positive (a chemical pregnancy that was an early loss.) I told myself I was done with IVF, but part of me wants to try one more time. I have done all the testing imaginable- karyotype, genetic, immune, ERA, emdomitritis etc- all

Hypothyroid symptoms but normal test results
Thank you in advance for any insight. These are my test results, sourced from a private company - Randox. I would be hugely grateful for any help in interpreting these or my symptoms. I have experienced severe weight gain - which NOTHING will shift including weight loss drugs. I have had a hormonal
