Night Time Wetting
Hi, my son is 7 and is wet every night. We have been to the enuresis clinic and the advice was that he was constipated because in the one week I recorded he only went 4 days out of 7. They asked us to start him on movicol. After this I recorded for 2weeks and he was going every day so we did not give

Weather
It has been a crazy winter for Vancouver. We have had repeated snow falls. We have not had snow for eight years. There is usually one but it melts the same day. We are now in a rainy period again. It makes me feel terrible. From most of the literature, RD is not affected by climate. Is this true? I want

Induced coma x 2
Hi I'm Sarah, November 2014 I was rushed to hospital with severe ketoacidosis (type 1 diabetes) and put in an induced coma for nine days. Took me a long time to recover both physically and mentally. In March 2016, I had an ear infection that turned into sepsis and I was in an induced coma for 13 days

Tube feeding, choking or deep sedation/euthanasia? Your thoughts would help so much, we are quite lost about dad's late PSP stage.
Dear all, I have been following your posts which have helped me so much communicate invaluable information to my mum who is supporting my sick father, most of all the knowledge that she is not alone dealing with this awful disease. I translate your posts since she speaks French and lives in France and

Confidence without alcohol... Possible? :/
I hope I don't sound like a little kid but I got a message of a guy I really like asking me out but I'm so scared. I don't want to let him down, but if I go I know I will end up getting really drunk because I believe alcohol gives me confidence. :( I should not be like this. I'm so pathetic. FML

Vibrating Alarms for the hard of hearing
Does anyone know if you can get a vibrating alarm when using your oxygen concentrator when the power supply fails during the night,to alert the hard of hearing or deaf , to alert the users as to what's happening. I have heard about these alarms the slide underneath your pillows or sheets. Can any one

Sickness on Desmopressin
Has anyone else's little one experienced sickness on Desmopressin? My 6yo started on it last weekend but seemed to have picked up a bug from his sister on the Monday. I missed his tablet for that day because of the vomiting but after being back on it for a couple of days he has vomited again this morning

20 years and 6 months since coma

Probiotics
I recently went to my GP for an update and I asked for a script for Probiotics which I am eligible for under Dept Vet Affairs Gold Card. For most of you, you will be aware that I have had this condition for nearly 5years now and after my ablation 4 months ago I haven't looked back. During my journey
