Today's the day I go back to hospital about the mark on my leg ! After applying cream for weeks it's faded a lot but I'm still really anxious today and upset that family haven't even mentioned going with me an who I'm going with think they're all sick of listening about my health anxiety and symptoms which I know is a lot , I get on my own nerves but it's hard when your on constant alert !!

It's getting better, so why worry?
I think because it's still there and hasn't gone completely what now? It's all the what ifs that come with health anxiety .
