Macrodactyly and Chronic Pain

I use to get pain before, but it was only when the weather was changing/cold, if I overused my hand or if I clumsily slept on it. I have a lot of scar tissue and nerve damage which is the

B12 is 292 is that too low
Hey everyone I’m trying to get to the bottom of numbness, tingling and odd sensations in my hands and arms. My last B12 result was 292. The range is something like 150-2000. My doc says this is fine but from what I’m reading people say it need to be over 500 to be symptom free?

Hi all I just wanted to ask you think of my twin sister (53) who had a shoulder operation on Tuesday morning. Bone marrow aspirate and trephine
I had the above procedure yesterday with sedation. The nurse had to really bear down on the bone to get the “corkscrew” type implement in. As I am on the FLAIR trial she did it twice. We stayed near the hospital last night and I felt great - glad it was behind me! My husband and I had a 6 hour car

Distraction from Parkinson's Tremors
My mind is "somewhere else", maybe I'm daydreaming Then I become aware I have no tremors Suddenly, the tremors start I try to stop them They get worse Until I get distracted again into a day dream I'm trying to learn to let the distraction happen rather than make them happen Meditation helps Dr. Hadlock

Toxic mould!
Could anyone recommend where to test for mycotoxins – poisonous metabolites, any reliable lab and if a blood test or urine is best for this? I have been looking into my symptoms and I found it peculiar that I lived in a very hot, humid and super mouldy apartment prior to my health going down the drain

My RLS has got worse again recently as I have been tapering off 8 x Tramadol which was prescribed during DAWS last summer. My GP has prescribed my pregabalin 3 days ago, 2 x 50mg per day. She has said to continue taking the gabapentin, of which I take 6 x 300mg (3 during day, 3 before bed). I have got

Restless arms
I'm on carbidopa levodopa 50 12.5. Rasagiline 1mg. I've been taking 200mg daily tramadol for back pain but tried leaving it out because of constipation. Developed severe akathesia of my arms at night. I suppose it serves me right for taking tramadol. Maybe if I stick it out I'll recover. But its also

Hi, I've not posted for a while but I was diagnosed with b12 of 131 five months ago after seeing my GP with neurological symptoms. Ihad six loading injections and three months later my b12 was at 431 - is that about what you would expect? I imagined it would be higher. Folate is normal as was homocysteine

Shots 3 times a week ?
Hallo everyone, I am new. I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy because of B12 deficiency-50 pg-ml at the beginning of 2017 with strong pins and needles in foot and great tiredness. The doctors in Eastern Europe don't know much about B12. They gave me cyanocobalamin 1 mg shots 5 days than 4 shots

Herbs & Spices that attack D
Which herbs,&,spices, along with coconut oils,& garlic, truly impact all types of diabetes in a beneficial, & positive way? And if so, in what amounts of each in doses would be most effective? And are they most effective in their natural state, vs being in a modified form? Would the "Nut" species family

Has anyone have a small uterine polyp while pregnant?
I have a small uterine polyp (1cm) anterior wall, low to mid uterine segment. I don't want surgery. I'm trying naturopathic medicine that's safe if I do get pregnant. It hasn't grown over the last 6 months. I want to try to concieve but worried it will grow during pregnancy or cause miscarriage. Anyone

RIB EXCISION
Has anyone heard of rib excision in the UK? I know they do it abroad but wasn't sure if it was done here? My mum has been diagnosed with 12th rib syndrome or slipping rib syndrome and none of the injections she has had helped at all. This surgery apparently can help but her consultant said he wouldn't
