Garlic is no doubt a healthy item of food,but there is a limit as to how much you can consume.In my view,you can consume it liberally,but cannot solely depend on it to take care of diabetes or excess cholesterol.

To my experience garlic is good. I had a first hang experience. 23 years ago. I got the paralytic attack with coma due to a 3 cms tumour in the middle of my brain. My father administrated me few pieces of garlic 5 hours before the doctor arrived. That did the trick. My life was spared.
