Raynauds
Dr diagnosed me in 1994 with Raynauds said it’s usually a prelude to later disease like, arthritis or scleroderma I have both now. Along with numerous other diseases. Had open heart surgery in 2005. Stent put in aorta in 2010. And pretty sure my next visit to vascular surgeon in March for my PAD in legs

Anxiety is Ruining My Life
I currently have not access to a
mental
health
care professional at the moment and trying my best to get one as soon as possible. Thank you <3 for reading my post and wish me luck on sleeping problems and maybe health problems as there is no confirmation yet whether it is an illness.

Stopped flecainide
Last week I stopped taking flecainide. I was on a lower dose of 50 mg twice a day. My cardiologist said I didn’t have to wean off if it because it is a small dosage. This week following the stoppage my heart rate has been very high. Just standing up it will jump into the 90’s. I called my cardiologist

Hello!
I have depression, a abusive mother, trauma, ADHD, and some bad
mental
health
. I don’t know what it means, all I know is that my feelings are broken. I have no friends or anyone in my life other than my dad. I joined to build relationships with people who understand the way I feel.

Your views on stigma
To help me be distracted and to gain knowledge and having depression and anxiety I'm doing an online course on "
mental
health
problems!" if alcohol has caused you to experience
mental
health
issues would you be kind enough to let me know if you have ever felt stigmatised by society I. E.

With aggravated osteoporosis my partner has been offered the choice of monthly doses of Bonviva or a six monthly injection. Which would be most effective to mitigate the osteoporosis while remaining compatible with an AF/pacemaker regime that includes Amias, Sotalol, Furosemide, and Apixaban?.

Leaving a toxic household is so good for your
mental
health
. But it hasn’t all good. I decided that I still wanted to go to college and pay for it on my own. This has caused so much stress because i work a lot and am exhausted all the time.

I did something I regret.
For a long time, I didn't really get why or how
mental
health
is stigmatized. I felt like I was always able to express my feelings without feeling like I was misunderstood. But now I get it. When I look back at all the other times I've talked about my feelings with other people, I get it.

Cardiologist being dismissive
I do also have a diagnosis of generalised anxiety disorder, which I have had for many years, but this felt different and not connected to my
mental
health
. I eventually got referred for a 48 hr holter monitor which then went back to the GP.

Back/pelvis/hip pain?
A month or 2 ago, I got a new dog, he's bigger than my previous dog and he pulls on the lead. And I got stressed adapting to the change. Somewhere soon after that I picked up a bug, and the PMR "buzzing" in my shoulders, arms and calves popped back. Not really painful but aware of "the bucket" I stopped

I have a handful of apps I rely on for help, as well as tools I’ve learned from various
mental
health
counselors over the years, but it’s just really bad right now and I am hoping feeling less alone may help, as I type this through tear filled eyes.

I have been diagnosed Costachondritus as a result of sucessful Keyhole heart surgery. Looking for advice....
Hello 👋😊My physio said it would take a long time to heal and it was really about not straining the area further. Am supposed to be building up my heart post surgery so this is conflicting advice. Though could look at lower body activities to promote cardio strength I was wondering if Active 8 complete
