With aggravated osteoporosis my partner has been offered the choice of monthly doses of Bonviva or a six monthly injection. Which would be most effective to mitigate the osteoporosis while remaining compatible with an AF/pacemaker regime that includes Amias, Sotalol, Furosemide, and Apixaban?.

They are both very effective treatments for osteoporosis.I would probably ask for the six monthly injection, this is more convenient and will not affect your stomach.
I took the monthly tablet (on a 'holiday' at present). The only inconvenience I found was the hour after taking it when no eating or drinking was allowed and you have to sit or stand, never lie down !
