Ive been acutely ill for 6 yrsMDD , GAD & Cptsd. My housing provider started this and other events made me sicker than I have ever been.

Ive reached a dangerous stage and realize that I am insignificant to the mainstream community I live in. I had this fact driven home to me.

My family, friends have tossef me away like garbage and the NY mental health system made it worse ....toxic drugs physical abuse....

Im old can't deal with this.

Hi Lonepain - I'm sorry you're feeling so terrible. Glad you are a part of this community. Is there a way to get another therapist / change meds?

Not much. Tense all over trouble with gut. Stuck in fight or flight. Feel very vulnerable now.
