Researchers at King’s College London are recruiting participants for a remote study on online peer support.
They want to investigate what people think of the platform they have co-produced with people with lived experience, and how it compares to existing NHS “

My anxiety and
mental
health
feel likes it’s worse than ever and I just feel awful on my loved ones for being so angry and especially when alcohol is involved. I just feel like I am not myself atm and I don’t know what to do about it.

Affect of Alendronic acid if needing dental work?
This aspect bothers me as well as the implications of taking Alendronic acid. At age 81 after taking AA for about 18 months, I stopped it after I was prescribed HRT patches for another problem . Whilst HRT protects bones to a certain extent , I believe it doesn't increase bone density as does AA.

Upcoming appointments
I just told my boss that I'm having some
mental
health
issues and I need to see my therapist more often for a while. The appointment itself was interesting; he didn't seem all that concerned that I'm self-harming.

Am I wrong to be upset?
Hi, I have had issues with my
mental
health
for over 10 years now and I have experienced inhumane treatment and stigma from my family and the health care system over the years. Everyone just wants me to move past it, But I can't seem to. Somethings that happened to me.

Lisdexamfetamine and Sleep Question
So while normally I'd avoid any medication that effected my already compromised sleep, and therefore my vulnerable
mental
health
I'm prepared to go through poorer sleep if there is a chance it will get better in the future.

Menopausal injections/Hormones
I was put on Zoledex and HRT which caused a rapid decline in my
mental
health
. It also caused cluster headaches and migraines and took away none of my symptoms (apart from periods which was nice!) Fast forward to today... I have been taken off all medication and given the combined mini pill.
