Hi new to this I had Googled a few of my symptoms or said a phrase and it came up Gad for generalized anxiety disorder it said like with constant worry and fear I had found this a while back as well not really done anything about it though enough is really enough it's like completely controlling my life from like right now even trying to just go for a simple morning walk is full of anxiety and fear about it I do realize I need to do meditation and least twice a day and need to get back into counselingthis is no way to live in fact it keeps me from living if anybody has any tips or suggestions and that works for them please feel free to let me know take care God bless

I too know anxiety well. Exercising & meditation are very useful tools. I have this quote I bookmarked on Twitter: meditation is medication.
