Morning meditation with breath awareness in fact she makes you exhale like a sigh so you release tension. I thought it was good.

Yes she puts her little head on the side, gives me a soppy look and I melt!! Straight to her bowl 😃

So Bea is desperate!! How can she give her Aria an education?? She is right I must not give in 😢😻
