Hello

I am not a cancer patient, but I am a lifelong social anxiety sufferer. I am much better these days at managing my anxiety due to finding the proper medication and learning about cbt and getting into meditation and mindfulness. It is something I will deal with my whole life, but doing something about it is so much better than the alternative. I am happy to be a part of this group and this whole community.
