stop this ride,I want to get off. I've had enough. When will it stop.
Many of you know my story: 20 meds over 30 years of depression, hospitalized, ECT, TMS, ketamine, suicidal, behavioral Therapy twice/week, psychiatrist once/week. I was on lexapro for around 13 years but couldn't stand the emotional blunting or "flattening" anymore. No joy in anything. I had a baseline

Working after transfer?
As the title suggests, I’m having a dilemma on whether I should take some time off after transfer or carry on working? I’m a support worker so my day to day work is being out and about, going for walks ect. It can be quite stressful and draining. I’m just wondering what other did after their transfer

Bi-Polar and poor hygiene.
My wife has been diagnosed with Bi-Polar Syndrome for about 6 years. After 3-4 years of psychiatric care, therapy and clinics, she is essentially 98% in bed, totally apathetic to everything and for the last 3-4 months, ignoring normal hygiene like bathing and washing her clothes. Trying to get her into

K2 with D3
Can anyone advise me re K2 please? I take between 3000-6000 iu D3 per day and have always been under the impression that it was imperative to take K2 with it. However, I have Atrial Fibrillation (I'm not on any prescription meds, only supplements which are said to thin the blood) so I'm a little wary

Afraid to get better? Do you self sabotage yourself
Is anyone else here afraid to get better? That for some reason you're holding on to your depression because it's more comfortable to be miserable than to improve? Is it the unknown, the fear of responsibility? I know I am. My wife says I always self sabotage myself. Once something starts to work I freak
