I've read that omega 3 is great for NASH.

I'm really not a big fish eater though, a bit of tuna and that's it.

Does anyone know if omega 3 supplements are liver friendly?

A lot of people take the capsules. Not as good as part of a meal but certainly better than not getting it.

My doctor put me on 800 mg of Vit E. my AST dropped from 69 to 31 and my ALT dropped from 97 to 33, so it really worked for me

I’ve read that vitamin E and fish oil are not good for if you’re trying to raise your platelets. Also that they are fat soluble vitamins and can build up/calcify.

Chia seeds are an easy way to get omega 3

I put them in my smoothies and oatmeal
