Pain when my skin is touched
I did have a deep tissue
massage
yesterday which I thought would explain my back being painful to touch but not my abdomen as they didn't touch that. Has anyone experienced this before?

fibromyalgia alongside endo?
I bruised very badly from seeing a chiropractor, she stated it was not a very forceul
massage
at all. It was very painful on hips, lower back & back of shoulders. She was very baffled as to how this could of happened.

Took lots of precautions this time, deep heat gel, knee support,
massage
stick to help with warmup. (Doctor gave me the all clear to go) .The run was good felt my knee complain a little but was fine. Returned after run to
massage
stick again and RICE. Feeling good so far. So glad to be back again.

Started with pre knee warm up http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/knee-exercises.aspx Used
massage
stick as well, knee held up well. Mice after. Run felt good, started first two parts faster than normal but settled down. I was just glad I was able to start with that pace. All going good so far.

Tendonitis - a possible cure for some...
Where these are the cause, you can treat them yourself with simple

once you have tracked them down.

Pain returned
I also was having lymph drain
massage
once a week. Pain went away, a normal standard of living returned and I was enjoying walking the dog again. Then my dermatologist who does the
massage
felt I should be able to go less often. We cut back to once a fortnight then once a month.

Massasge during treatment cycle
Hello ladies, I have been given a lovely present of a voucher for reflexology and a back neck and shoulders
massage
to be used in August. I will be sniffing at this time, do you think it's ok to use it? Would be a lovely way to relax before injections if it is ok. Thanks in advance. Xx

CABG Scar
I was referred to a plastic surgeon two months ago but was told my scar was too young to do anything to and to
massage
it three times a day, in my morning shower, when i come home from work with bio oil, and just before bed with moisturiser, to ease the sensitivity.

Baby's poop
We've tried
massage
, baths, winding before/during and after feeds, lying her on her tummy on my knee and give her infacol. She has more breast milk than formula and has good wet nappies, it's just the poo that's taking its time. Any advice gratefully received!!

It was one of THOSE runs :D
At that time I found this rough
massage
of my calves quite useful, interesting, or even nice. We finished our run with 5 min (or maybe 7 min) cool down walk. So in total I was out, walking+jogging for almost 50 minutes.

Lymphodema after lymph node removal
I've booked myself privately in with a Manual lymphatic drainage lady who is going to teach me some
massage
techniques but I wondered if anyone else has developed this problem. If so, did anything help to manage or get rid of the swelling? Thanks Em X

Muscle tremors and ptsd
Hi all, I found this site while searching about having a
massage
