Used massage stick as well, knee held up well. Mice after.
Run felt good, started first two parts faster than normal but settled down. I was just glad I was able to start with that pace. All going good so far. I want to start week 3 on monday. So my final run for W2 will be wednesday I may do last run again on the Friday.
Also added a photo of the trail I am running. It's very short and perfect for week one and two. I even ventured out on the main park where normal people go
