Couch to 5K



Started with pre knee warm up

Used massage stick as well, knee held up well. Mice after.

Run felt good, started first two parts faster than normal but settled down. I was just glad I was able to start with that pace. All going good so far. I want to start week 3 on monday. So my final run for W2 will be wednesday I may do last run again on the Friday.

Also added a photo of the trail I am running. It's very short and perfect for week one and two. I even ventured out on the main park where normal people go :)

What a lovely view that must be very encouraging for you when running. And you felt brave enough to allow non runners to see you. Bravo
