I am new here Severe bloating

I suffer from sever bloating and it seems that the wind pockets are affecting my blood supply as when I sleep on my sides it is painful and I suffer sever pain in my lower back MRI and CT scans come up clear. I have no pain with the bloating per si The wind issues affect my bowel i go from constipated to loose
