Hard bump on inner foreskin HELP PLEASE

My foreskin has a hard bump on the inside. It moves along with the skin so it's not stationary. At another spot it almost looks like a bubble. This is after a long masturbation session so I'm sure that's the cause, but I also wanted to know what to do. It's been a week now since it happened. It doesn't hurt unless aggravated. I've been soaking in hot water, I was putting polysporin on it, and now am putting Aloe oil on it. Anything else I should be doing? should I put ice on it or massage it to break it up or anything?

If I were you I would be careful about self-treating. Polysporin is not a treat all medication! See your doctor and have this dealt with professionally. If it does turn out to be a result of your masturbation, I would seriously look at how you do it.

Unfortunately because of work, seeing the doctor is really difficult for me. I stopped using polysporin and started with aloe oil instead, I feel its definitely safer. Can you help recommend anything to try to help heal it?

You have already used an unnecessary antibiotic which is not sensible. If you cannot get to your doctor then you will need to consider an emergency department or urgent care centre.
