How to get on to ESA support group after passing tribunal and being put on WRG. We were late reapplying so have to start new application.
My husband has M.E severe anxiety,is recovering from chemo for Large B cell Lymphoma and also has an alcohol problem which has been exacerbated by losing his benefit which is means tested and takes my money and earnings into account. We have savings which I rely on to boost our joint income to £10000

Any relation with having APS and high creatinine levels?
Hi all, I've got APS and had two blood tests in the past month that have come back with high creatinine levels. No history of kidney disease in my family. I keep well hydrated, I'm active etc. I take warfarin and beta blockers. Anybody know if there is any link with APS that could cause high creatinine

New treatment - tocilizumab
Hi. I have takayasu's arteritis and am treated at Addenbrooke's. I saw Dr Jayne yesterday and they've come to the conclusion that things are a bit out of control. I'm going to be started on tocilizumab as soon as they have secured funding. Does anyone on here have experience of this treatment for TAK

The effect of antiepileptic drugs on thyroid function in children
Interactions between everything to do with thyroid (hormones, tests, etc.) and medicines has often been discussed here. I remember some specific mentions of the impact of anti-epileptics. This is just another abstract which identifies that there are potentially very significant interactions between anti-epileptics

Research: Gathering ethnicity statistics
To help us support research into ALD and AMN better, we've started to compile statistics on the different ethnicities and demographics of patients and families affected by the ALD gene. Ethnicity and demographic statistics are also fundamental in supporting families requiring a Bone Marrow Transplant

Has any one been mistakenly diagnosed with Lymphoma? Or had swollen lymph nodes which were suspected could be Lymphoma?
I was recently diagnosed with Lymphoma after a biopsy of a swollen lymph node. I spent 6 weeks thinking l had cancer & preparing for chemo. I was then told my diagnosis was wrong. I have not been diagnosed with lupus but do have a number of the symptoms & my hematologist says that there's some sort of

Live from hospital bed -->> my first cycle of Infused Bendamustine and Rituximab appears to have gone well with no side effects - except tiredness - at this stage! I have literally the last drips of Bendamustine going into my veins! I've been told I am discharged from hospital and so home for the weekend
