to do its good work.

Vit D and Magnesium
I'm still trying to figure out why Vit D causes me tinnitus, can't even have Almond milk because it contains Vit D, so annoying and it keeps coming back to
magnesium
deficiency, however my last blood test showed my
magnesium
was 1.03 (0.7-1.0) so shows its high.

Since March I have been on 75mcg levothyroxine, which helps me to get out of bed in the mornings, which I take alongside a cocktail of supplements (folate, iron,

Whats the best diet for Fibromyalgia?
Then everything changed after a bad bike crash where I injured my shoulder badly when I started using
magnesium
by dissolving Mg flakes in boiling water allowing to cool and then rubbing it on the affected area as MG is absorbed through our skin and is a natural muscle relaxant.

Severe chronic insomnia. Deteriorating. No strength now. Almost bedridden. Help.
Already take iron,
magnesium
. No strength to talk to doctor or research or arrange medicine now. Feel scared to try new meds as due to the extremely prolonged sleep deprivation, my body is too weak/sensitive to side effects n vulnerable right now. Get severe side effects.
