Borlotti Bean curry with red and wild rice
Borlotti beans contain 10% protein and other nutrients including
magnesium
and iron, so they pack a nice nutritional punch.

Is Magnesium glycinate available in smaller caps/tabs?
Since last year, I was taking
Magnesium
L-threonate (magmind by jarrow) but since last many months, it doesn't work anymore for sleep or rls. That's why I want to try another form. (I had read that
Magnesium
glycinate helps sleep, so that's why I had wanted to try it.)

Magnesium supplements - what brands to try, what to avoid!
Hi All, I've been researching
magnesium
supplements as I'd like to try one to help my sleep, muscle and general aches etc., but following Wentz advice and what I've read online, thinking a combined /complex would be the best way to go above an oxide.

Tricky Thyroid Patient! Advice please.
I was taking combined B vits with
Magnesium

Magnesium
so when I finished them I didn't replace. Any advice on how/when to take B vits and
Magnesium
is welcome please! I do have very stiff hips/legs especially on getting up.

RLS getting worse
I’ve tried massage products, iron,
magnesium
supplements and both hot and cold baths. Are alternative therapies worth exploring? The thought of living with this condition for ever is really getting me down. Any help or advice is very much appreciated!

Coming off meds
I take 0.09mg mirapexin, 235mg
magnesium
and 1/2 teaspoonful Kratom every evening. Once a week I take just tramadol. My rls is not completely ok but I manage it. I've had it for about 30 years. I daren't drink wine and keep my sugar consumption low.

Tapered off Mirapex about 8 weeks ago, new meds causing morning sedation and anxiety. Do I just have to cope with that?
But I also know that there are other things I can do such as cutting back on caffeine and increasing exercise- I am working on getting my iron levels up, taking
magnesium
, and other things.

Magnesium supplements. One type or a mixture of types?
I have just seen an advert that recommends taking a mixture of
Magnesium
to help stop this and therefore enable better absorption of the
magnesium
. There are five types of
magnesium
in the tab - Malate, Bisglycinate, Taurate, L Threonate, Orotate.

Is an early morning blood test on an empty stomach just for a higher TSH?
I've stopped vit D, zinc and
magnesium
too just in case. Also is the advice 'empty stomach early in the morning for the blood test' just to get a higher TSH? If so, and as my TSH is always less than 0.01, is it alright to have a tea or coffee beforehand? Or will the coffee affect the result?
