I am also taking Ad-cal and
magnesium
and want to include vitamin K2 when I can find some(!), and also have a lot of eggs/cheese/salads in my diet. I’m obviously keen to avoid taking anything that might not be necessary, so is there any point in continuing with it?

New and seeking advice re iron and vitamin D
I have never taken any medication, but I have tried most complementary approaches (
magnesium
, massage, etc.). At the moment it is worst during the day and in the evening. A parent had hemachromatosis, so I have just had my iron levels checked.

Help! How do you feel when starting Levothyroxine?
I have continued with B supplements/ D and
magnesium
and a healthy diet. But, after 2 weeks I felt like the Levo was tapering off. I have not lost all the energy I had for those 2 weeks but it’s as if I have gone from 1/10 energy to 9/10 then back down to 7/10.

? Have ordered multivitamins and probiotics. Have GP appointment Tuesday. Has anyone else experienced muscle jerks when falling asleep? Any suggestions to help with this symptom would be very welcome.

Strange test results - B12 and Magnesium
Results are below: Vitamin B12 - 201 pmol/L (Range: 25.1 - 165)
Magnesium
- 1.04 mmol/L (Range: 0.6 - 1) Should I be worried? I'm currently taking Levo 50mcg, T3 25mcg (gradually increasing).

Magnesium Supplements for Anxiety - Need help finding the right one
I have been highly stressed over a long period, and have also been using high caffeinated drinks too, both known to deplete body's
magnesium
stores. Which forms of
magnesium
supplements can I use? I have a blood pressure around 90/70, and
magnesium
supplements are known to reduce it.
