Pvcs!!!!
I'm on bisoprolol for mine, but I noticed a different life style helped before they gotten worse.
So everything you eat and drink needs looking at, you need a good wedge of sleep for me it's 9 hours. No stress at all - I quit my job and got a new one. There is loads of factors to look at before starting anything.
I kept going until mine were that bad I couldn't lay down and sleep then I went to the docs and got the bisoprolol.
Hi rebell22 they are a damn nuisance the only thing I can add to what your already trying is cold water drinking - plus cold shower or splashing your face with cold water the other one is holding your nostrils together and blowing through your nose all to do with the vagus nerve apparently I find with mine they just seem to go on there own hope they clear off soon for you take care 😊
I take magnesium glycinate and taurine.. it helps a lot
I completely sympathise with you! I tried bisopropol but that made them worse to start with, I now take that as a pill in the pocket and it does help this way, taking them full time made me feel like I could barely breathe. I get them everyday and often I get them in bigeminy so skipped beat normal beat for about 15 seconds then it’s back to normal. It’s a nightmare and i empathise with anyone who experiences them! I’m going to follow this thread in hopes I can get some help for mine too! thinking of living the rest of my life with these can weigh me down big time! (I’m 29) x
Diltiazem 360mg a day has almost stopped my PVCs
