Help interpreting private blood test results
and cortisol tested and these are the results:
Magnesium
- 0.83 (ref range 0.7-1.0 mol/L) Cortisol (Random) 242.0 (ref range 6am - 10am 166 - 507 nmol/L) I had the tests done via Blue Horizon and asked for doctors comments - which were: The thyroid function is currently normal.

Why B1 needs magnesium and potassium
The recommendation is for 300-400 mg
magnesium
and 500-2000 mg potassium per day along with a B complex, to support your high dose thiamine protocol.

Suppliments?
I just started drinking
magnesium
potassium mix. I asked this question on my fb support group and the only real answers i get are from people selling. Maybe they sell cuz the supplement worked wonders, idk. I dont have a lot of money to take chances on things i dont need.

Sleep/Anxiety almost perfect!!!
It is the only form of
magnesium
that crosses the BBB and penetrates into the CSP fluid. Hope someone finds someone that may need some help!

Which Magnesium
Hi, after a bit of reading I am looking at getting
magnesium
taurate for what I think are ectopics. Does anyone recommend Biocare Magesium Taurate? Was initially planning to get the Cardiovascular Research one recommended by Dr Gupta but the Amazon reviews put me off. Thanks

Reassurance please if possible
Since adding in vit b, to my vit D and k2, plus recently
magnesium
of a night and mainly gluten free, my ectopics finally settled. I felt great for the last week and more my old self apart from a few meltdowns with anxiety but as husband has left a month ago now, at my request, I expected this.

Af episode tonight
This time I was given a
magnesium
drip and a bisopropol tablet. It stopped after a few hours, but they were going to send me home, even if it hadn’t stopped, as my blood pressure was ok again.

Hello I has my first chemotherapy for ovarian cancer on Friday. Suffering with stomach pain and joint pain.
Just wondering if anyone had tried
magnesium
supplements or creams for muscle pain and whether it was ok to take on chemotherapy Thank you xx

Eptopics
day which I’ve never had before, I had a halter test two weeks ago and of course it only showed a few, I have been doing lots of walking but now I won’t go out as I feel like I can’t breathe when I get them, I am on Bispropolol and Propeferone but it does nothing really to stop them, I’ve read about

New here. My story.
I will supplement with daily calcium,
magnesium
and D3. I am reading and learning and checking behind my doctors’ advice and information, which has been amazingly little.

Appointment with an electrophysiologist
. - ignored all my suggestions about possible life changes - said taking
magnesium
is useless , - I asked how he knew which part of a heart to ablate if at the time of ablation there was no episode of Af.
