Research your options!!
Unfortunately because of numerous food allergies I cannot get the needed vitamins and minerals so I am researching supplements and so far I have added K2 and
magnesium
to my daily supplements. I have also read that weight bearing exercises, yoga, walking are helpful.

Help! I've run out of options
Think that must have been the
magnesium
as I was regular with those. Have gone back to the liquid and after the third day a different feeling in the bowel but nevertheless its making me feel sicky and very uncomfortable. I'm at a loss now.

I’ve tried
magnesium
(taurate, glycinate, & citrate), potassium, taurine, d-ribose, CoQ10, cut out caffeine, electrolyte powders, hawthorn, motherwort, and even beta blockers (metoprolol and propranolol). Nothing has truly decreased the burden.

Should magnesium carbonate be avoided in thyroid disease …
Deficiency seems to be common and we supplement with various types of
magnesium
, including those that contain carbonate, should we be more discerning about the forms we take and what alternatives are there that work as well as carbonate for gentle regulation of the bowel and stubborn and persistent

Magnesium supplements
Hello - what are other peoples views on taking
magnesium
supplements. I have read conflicting information on this subject. I have invested in Lee Hull,s book and it states that
magnesium
is good for the heart as it helps to prevent calcification especially if you are on dialysis.

Deadline to reduce to 7.5 mg!
She did order blood tests for inflammation markers as well as for the potasium,
magnesium
, etc. and iron, incase I'm annemic. We'll see what those say before I start to taper, but I finally have her on board for testing first at least.

Change of effect of T3 .
The one thing that has helped is
magnesium
, but I still don't feel ' right ' . I understand people do have to make alterations to their doses but after so many years it puzzles me . Im actually 74 so maybe a factor ? If anyone has any suggestions or could shed any light , I'd be so grateful .

Flu Can Bring Back AFIB
I immeditely took 2
magnesium
tablets a day - I dont know if this helped in any way, but as the Flu evolved, after 2 more days the 24*7 AFIB stopped and went away completely - I assume the heart inflamation has reduced as I heal, so normal heart electrical impulses resumed.

Vitamins - Hashimoto & bonedensity
I take 250 mg
magnesium
and 4000! iu vitaminsD daily. What other vitamins should I be taking? My bone density test shows bones are getting weaker. I have osteopenia and oesteprosis! Would taking bone up to increase bone density a good idea? I posted recent blood test, Recent vitamins D in range.
