Yaay!!!

Hello again

Thought I would share my good news which has only come about because of this forum. My levothyroxine has been increased to 100mcg daily. I did initially get the "well you are within range" malarky but through knowledge gained on this forum I was able to quote the keeping at 1 or below when on monotherapy. The GP will test my B12 along with my thyroid levels in August..... and again thanks to the advice given here, I know to stop my vitamin B supplement a week before the test and adjust when I take my Levothyroxine just prior.

I have also put in my order for Vitamin D, K2-MK7, Thorne Basic B complex and magnesium spray. It certainly isn't cheap to try to feel well is it ??

So thank you all for doing a marvellous job xx

Excellent news 😊

Don't start all supplements at once. Start with one, give it a week or two and if no adverse reaction then add the next one. Again, wait a week or two and if no adverse reaction add the next one. Continue like this. If you do have any adverse reaction then you will know what caused it.

Thank you SeasideSusie😀 what sensible advice and I can see how that makes so much sense. I wouldn't have done that without your input of course...... I would have been too excited at the prospect of feeling better and used everything at once 😂
